You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload and process the data through our platform and that such use does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Subscription Plans and Billing

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree to use FlowVista's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to process illegal content, violate privacy rights, or engage in any activity that could harm our platform or other users.

Prohibited activities include attempting to reverse engineer our algorithms, sharing account credentials, or using our services to compete with FlowVista's business.

FlowVista retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, algorithms, software, and related intellectual property. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Availability and Performance

We aim for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service failures or force majeure events.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we will delete your data according to our data retention policy.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in class action lawsuits regarding disputes with FlowVista.
